On offer is a large sized furnished bedroom with Queen sized beds. Our home is quite close to UBC *(25 mins) and 35-45 minutes to the downtown.
These south facing side by side rooms have chiropractic queen-sized beds (all linens provided, big desks and good sized closets and windows. Rent is $900(summer rate goes up to $925 in September) plus ashare of utilities, includes cable (in living room), internet , but not a proportional share of hydro and gas, and a set fee for household shared items *(toilet paper/paper towels etc.) There is a bright kitchen, use of the living room/outdoor patio/several bathrooms, etc. You would be sharing with, friendly male roommates and a live in Supervisor. Room comes complete with It is also expected that each person do a chore a week to keep the house clean. Bike storage is provided and also please be advised it is a 10 minute walk to the bus to UBC or to local shopping, 45 mins to downtown..
