Reduced from $1000 to $800 plus utilities for help in home office and in home in general Computer and English proficiency, filing, organizing, sorting bills, some domestic duties or handyperson type work- cleaning, dog walking etc. Person Friday type of thing Must be weekday morning or afternoons *(preferred)....could offer more work for additional pay depending on skillset. Drivers license desired but not required..
Nice bright Main floor bedroom in upscale neighborhood of Shaughnessy. Fully Furnished, 2 windows, decent sized bedroom with good sized closet, Bed Size: Double with all the linens provided, Dresser, big desk and chair good size closet, laundry basket, hangers, towel, lamps, all pots , pans etc. necessary to cook in kitchen and , very large size kitchen oversized property.
Maximum one person per bedroom.
Rental price: $800 *(Reduced from $1000)+ % of utilities + Household supply fee of $30.00. (Internet by wifi and cable in the Lower Livingroom included in rent at no additional cost.)

Nice clean well run home. Roommates must participate with household chores and clean up after themselves.
Not a party house, not 420 friendly, and pls. no work from home except for Landlord *(might be somewhat flexible on This if done quietly) as Landlord works from home daily.
References required and a deposit.
No pets. Strongly prefer non smoker.
Coin operated laundry on site and a bike rack.
