Looking for a roommate to share our townhouse looking for 1 roommate. Great for UBC students or people here on a visa, it's one bus to school and you're in the heart of Kitsilano within 5 minutes walk to everything you need. It is a three level townhouse with myself and my girlfriend upstairs and middle floor shared space with a great kitchen and living room with big screen tv, Netflix, etc... Preference given to travellers from Japan, Europe, South America etc... We are a self employed couple with a 3 year old boy and 4 year great doggie, A quiet respectful and easy going person is a must. Suitable for single persons only (no couples). Bedroom is furnished downstairs with private entrance, own bathroom and single size bed and desk. Please note the photo in listing is from the past and the room is better suited to a student now. $800+ 1/3 utilities/wifi or $900 inclusive, our living room, kitchen and yard are great. It is furnished with bed, desk etc... and NO room for anything to bring, there is a garage to store a bike. Or if you don't need kitchen use for some reason and will just want the downstairs we can do for $750. Must be here at least until end of 2025. Most suitable for UBC students. Laundry included. Shared kitchen. You are 100 feet from a bus stop on West Broadway that will take you downtown in 10 minutes.
