SHARED ACCOMMODATION
Description

This is a student room for rent with a shared kitchen and bathroom with 2 other bedrooms. The landlords are a retired couple who live upstairs and are available for support where needed.

THE DETAILS:
- Each bedroom's rent is $1,080/month.
- The term of the lease is for a minimum of 8-months (during the university school year).
- Washer and Dryer are provided
- Good wifi included (no TV cable)

THE SPACE:
We have up to 4 bedrooms for rent, 2 of which are currently occupied. Our home is located in the Kerrisdale Area. Every room has a window, is bright and clean, and has tile flooring.

THE LOCAL AREA:
- All the amenities and grocery stores are within 5-10 mins walking distance.
- This includes Kins Market, Save-On-Food, Choices Market, Starbucks + 5 other coffee shops such as Tim Horton, 24-7 McDonalds, Shopper Drugs & London Drugs stores.
- There is a diverse restaurant scene in our area along West 41st just a block and a half away from our location.
- You will also be just half a block away from outdoor Tennis courts and a large field park.
- A 5-minute walk takes you to the Kerrisdale community Centre for swimming, the fitness centre, and the Library.
- You will also be just a 2-minutes walk to the Royal Bank, Toronto Dominion Bank, CIBC - Canadian Imperial Bank, Scotia Bank, Bank of Montreal and credit unions.

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION:
- You are 1 1/2 blocks to West 41st, buses or 4 blocks to West 49th buses
- You are 15 mins to UBC from W.41 Street.
- 15mins to the Canada Line at Oakridge Mall which takes you downtown or Richmond or the Airport.
