The 2-bedroom suite is fully furnished and with a full bathroom, separate entrance, security alarm, radiant floor heating, T.V., High speed internet, etc. etc. The total area is about 400 sq. ft. A 1/2 month's damage deposit ($900) cash is required at the time of signing the lease. There are two separate leases available (May 1 to Aug 30, 2023) & (Sept 1, 2023 to Aug 30, 2024).
