Clean, furnished room in our family home near UBC.

This room is on the ground level of a quiet, family home.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with other household members.

Ideal for a very quiet, mature, non-smoking individual.

The room is simply and comfortably set up with a single bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet.

Included:
- utilities
- internet
- washer and dryer

Please note:
The room has limited natural light
It is located near the furnace and below the kitchen, so normal household noise may be heard during the day
Best suited to someone who is out most of the day

No smoking or vaping (inside or outside).
No parties.
No overnight guests.

Great location: close to UBC, forest, ocean, grocery stores, cafes, and major bus routes (#4, #9, #17, 99 B-Line).

10-minute bike ride to UBC; ~30 minutes by bus to downtown.

Rent: $950/month (+ security deposit)

References required.
