SHARED ACCOMMODATION
Description

Clean, furnished room in our family home near UBC. This furnished room is on the ground level of our clean, quiet, smoke-free house.

Rent: $900/month
Available February 1, 2023

We are potentially open to short (2-3 months) stays and are open to longer-term stays.

Suitable for (very) quiet, respectful, mature, non-smoking individual.

The ground level area has its own kitchen and bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two other male housemates. We (the upstairs family) also occasionally use the microwave and the fridge.

Room is approximately 13 feet x 10 feet with large, above ground window. Furnished with double bed, dresser, desk, desk lamp and chair. Closet in room.

Kitchen appliances include plates, utensils, pots and pans, oven, fridge and microwave.
References required and will be checked.

Additional details:
Our home is conveniently located near to grocery stores, public transportation (#4, #9, #17, 99B-line, etc), shops, cafes, parks, post-office, library, and community centre.

10 minute cycle to UBC, or 30 minutes bus to downtown (15 minute drive).

Please read carefully:
- *You are required to provide one month's rent in advance plus security deposit
- *Hydro and heat are included in the rent amount
- *Not included: Internet, phone, Cable TV (at your own expense)
- There is no dishwasher
- There is 1 washroom with a shower but there is no bath.
- Shared entrance
- Shared laundry/dryer (some limitations apply)
- Very limited storage
- Parking is on the street
- No overnight guests without prior agreement from landlords
- No smoking, no drugs, no loud music, no parties
- No pets
- References are required and we will conduct a tenant credit check on potential applicants to whom we will consider offering the suite

We have a cat; he lives upstairs but may occasionally comes to say hello to his friends (you) on the ground level.
