Convenient location: You can walk a few minutes to 41st Avenue where 41 or R4 Express bus heading west to UBC, Oakridge Mall and Canada Line Skytrain Station; heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line). Internet and laundry access (2 loads a week) are included. You only pay15% on Hydro and Natural Gas bills (current yearly average is around 35.00 a month).
