Parking available on the side-street or bicycle can be safely secured to a sheltered private metal bike bollard outside the suite entrance. Rent is $1,550 per month inclusive of all utilities and internet (wifi and ethernet connection available). Minimum lease term is September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. You will be sharing the kitchen, laundry and entrance with another quiet male tenant. Location is near Stongs, London Drugs, Dunbar Theatre and steps away from Dunbar Memorial Park & Dunbar Community Centre, or just minutes away from Pacific Spirit Park. No pets or smoking.
