We are seeking to rent our self-contained basement suite to a quiet and responsible University student (preferably post-graduate student). The suite has a separate entrance, a brand new full size range/oven, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, bathroom with shower. Parking available on the side-street or bicycle can be safely secured to a sheltered private metal bike bollard outside the suite entrance. Rent is $1,500 per month inclusive of all utilities and internet (wifi and ethernet connection available). Minimum lease term is 8 months to 1 year, starting in February - March (negotiable). Location is near Stongs, London Drugs, Dunbar Theatre and steps away from Dunbar Memorial Park & Dunbar Community Centre, or just minutes away from Pacific Spirit Park. No pets or smoking. For 1 person only - References are required. As the basement suite is part of our family home, privacy both ways must be respected.
