Bedroom is upstairs, in a two-floor well-maintained, comfortable house, has one large window, and is bright. It is furnished with double futon bed on wood frame, large desk, large bookcase, chair, closet, shelves, track lighting.

Beautiful green setting in very nice, quiet residential neighbourhood near UBC (Point Grey), near main bus routes (5 min. bus ride to UBC) and bicycle path to UBC (about 10 min.), food stores, banks, shops etc...
