Description

We are looking for a new housemates for Feb 1st. Charming, small furnished room with a private balcony, in a friendly, respectful and well-maintained shared house. Your share of the house expenses would be $775/mo. Includes all utilities (gas, hydro, electricity), wi-fi, cable tv, local phone line, ensuite laundry. We wish to share with females only.

We are considerate, friendly, sociable females, who enjoy hanging out as a household, and a variety of outdoor activities, winter sports, yoga, and movie watching, as well as working hard at our jobs or studies. Looking for someone like-minded. The suite is in a beautiful, renovated character house, has a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room, and 2.5 bathrooms, one with an antique claw foot tub. Gourmet kitchen with gas stove, grill, oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges, a double sink, bar area, and other small appliances such as toaster and microwave. There are gardens, and a lovely patio area with BBQ. Shared with females in their 20's and 30's, students or working full time.

No house parties, no smoking, and no pets. No house guests allowed at the moment due to covid. We do our best to follow current recommendations about covid safety and would expect a new housemate to do the same.

Close to UBC B-line, downtown buses, Granville Island, Kits Beach, Kits Community Center, with ample shopping and cafes close by. A warm, cozy place to spend the winter months, and close to the beach for summer! Female only please.
