The tenants are very mature, responsible, and friendly. 3.TRANSIT TO UBC: It is conveniently located for their bus commutes as bus stops are right in front of the house or within the same block: #49 BUS TO UBC ; it takes about 15 minutes, 10 minutes to Langara college(East bound), and #16 bus to downtown; it takes about 25-30 minutes. 4. THE AREA: Safe and quiet family oriented area and all amenities are near by Kerrisdale Village: Kerrisdale Community Centre, Banks, Drug stores, Coffee shops, Grocery stores, Bakery shops and MacDonald, etc. (Arbutus Greenway trail is steps away and SAVE on FOODS IS A BLOCK AWAY for a convenient grocery shopping. 5.
