This is a quiet non -party type house, room in the ground level. To share with a friendly male renter who keeps an eye on the space when the Owner cannot be present. Large bright livingroom/flexspace with fully complimented kitchen with stainless ceramic top stove and large fridge and all pots and pans and plateware provided and basic internet provided.
Room comes complete with double bed, *(including linens) dresser, large desk, good sized window and a closet and locking door.
We are looking for full time students or YWP that go to study or go to work daytime from Monday to Friday. No pets or inside smokers please. You would be expected to do a weekly chore and help monthly in the yard.
We are 1 kilometer to the Langara/49th Skytrain station. Fraser street which has lots of shopping banks and restaurants is only a few blocks away as are parks and community centre.
