Now or June 1st (Approximately 3 months min contract), Vaulted ceiling, bright furnished bedrooms at $875 *(reduced from $925 for summer only, coming back to $925 in September) a month for full time student. Includes big window, all linens (queen sized), along with desk, chair, mirror, and locking door. *The rent includes all furnishings and cable/internet in the living room, but excludes a proportional share of utilities plus $25 for shared household supplies (toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap, etc.) Plus a share of utilities. Not a party house, no smokers and not 420 friendly place... Roommates participate with the household chores and clean up after themselves. Room comes complete with chiropractic bed/linens/desk/chair/nightstands/light, decent sized closet and a solid core locking door. Nice clean, well run home. To share with two other students. Common areas consist of large living room, completely equipped kitchen, eating area and bathroom. References required as is a deposit. Bike storage is provided and also please NOTE : 10 minute walk to the bus to UBC loop or to shopping, 45 mins to downtown.
