We have 1very large, quiet fully furnished *(desk, queen bed with linens, large dresser west facing ) master type with furnished bedroom (on the 2nd floor) reduced to $925 plus utilities. Our fully furnished Master bedroom has a small walk- in closet and decent sized storage area off the closet as a bonus space and is across from to a 4 piece bathroom and a good sized kitchen. Rent includes all furnishings, broadband wireless internet. The household supply fee includes: (t/p/paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap etc.) This is a male only level in a co-ed student type house and nice clean well run home with mountain views. We prefer full time day time students or young working professionals that go to campus or work approx. (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm) . Not a party house, not 420 friendly, and pls. no work from home. Roommates must participate with household chores and clean up after themselves. The house is close to shopping (Save on and Famous foods and T@T Supermarket). Kingsway and Victoria bus is approx. 20 mins to downtown and #33 and #41 buses to UBC *(30 minutes) Lots of parks, restaurants/a library, a lake, Broadway St. Skytrain close by etc. References required and a deposit.
