AVAILABLE December 1, 15, 2025, or January 1, 2026 for a minimum five or six month term: - A well insulated and heated bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, mirrors, a large closet and lots of shelving in a quiet home. - A kitchenette suitable for light cooking with following amenities: two burner hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, utensils - Ceramic tiles and hardwood floors throughout - Utilities (electricity, heat & hot water) & wireless internet Safe neighbourhood, four blocks to direct bus to UBC (#33) or (#41) and other major bus routes downtown or airport, within walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Aquatic Centre & gym, ice rink, library, community center, grocery stores, shops, restaurants. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD, NO DRUGS OR PARTIES.
