Not a party house, no smokers and not 420 friendly place... Roommates participate with the household chores and clean up after themselves. Room comes complete with chiropractic double bed/linens/desk/chair/nightstands/light, decent sized closet and a solid core locking door. Nice clean, well run home. Common areas consist of large living room, completely equipped kitchen, eating area and bathroom. References required as is a deposit. Bike storage is provided and also please NOTE : 10 minute walk to the bus to UBC loop or to shopping, 45 mins to downtown.
