1 Bedroom House Description
Available June 1st....We have 1 nice main floor furnished bedroom in a very large house in an upscale neighborhood *(Shaughnessy) for $925 for the summer*(plus utilities and a $25 shared supply fee) for good size furnished room for the summer 3 months minimum*(to end of August).This is for one person only, prefer student. Our fully furnished rooms *(we are just moving in) so room are furnished with double bed chair, desk and all linens. Rent includes all furnishings and cable tv *(in the Livingrooms, there are two), broadband 1000 *(1GB) wireless internet but excludes a of share of utilities. There is a household supply fee of $25 for household supplies (t/p/paper towels/napkins/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap/garbage bags/light bulbs etc.) This is a full time student *(perfect for UBC student or other) student type house and nice clean well run home with a live in Landlord. Not a party house, not 420 friendly, and pls. no work from home. Roommates must participate with household chores and clean up after themselves. The house is close to shopping (Two Safeways close and is only 20-25 minutes from downtown. On direct bus to Canada Line 12 mins to Ubc by bus. 5 minutes bus ride to Strip Mall with restaurants and Safeway References required and a deposit. No pets.
