We have a nice garden/lower level furnished bedroom in a large house in an upscale neighborhood (Shaughnessy) for $900plus utilities and a
fee household supply fee) for good size furnished room for the now until months until end of April 2025. Our fully furnished room comes with a double size bed, dresser, chair, desk and all linens.

Rent includes all furnishings and cable tv *(in the Livingroom), broadband 1000 *(1GB) wireless internet but excludes a of share of utilities. There is a household supply fee for household supplies (t/p/paper towels/napkins/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap/garbage bags/light bulbs etc.)

Roommates must participate with household chores and clean up after themselves. The house is close to shopping (Two Safeways close and is only 20-25 minutes from downtown. On direct bus to Canada Line 12 mins to Ubc by bus. 5 minutes bus ride to Strip Mall with restaurants and Safeway
References required and a deposit.
No pets.
Coin operated laundry on site and a bike rack.
