Please note:

2) The room is available for January 1st. (and possibly Dec. 5th) Please apply for this room only if you are in town and can visit the room in person. The lease will be for one year until the end of August 2026. (but can be renewed)
3) The rent for two months (first and last month) plus deposit should be paid when signing the contract.
4) The rentee should clean the apartment once every two weeks (60-90 minutes work) otherwise he has to pay for fees for a cleaning company to do the cleaning.
5) Unfortunately the rent amount is not negotiable.
6) Everything is included (Internet, Hydro and heat is included)
7) The amount for deposit is $450.
8) Shorter-term (minimum 1 months) is possible and rent will be $1150.
Looking for a working or studying roommate that is easy going, and is tidy. (the food or garbage should be kept in the kitchen rather than inside room) Also, respectful and responsible, an honest and adaptable individual.
My home is a very clean, happy, positive oriented environment. Absolutely no smoking/No loud parties/No Couples.
I enjoy running, climbing, soccer, Salsa. I am not looking only for a roommate, but somebody with some common interests so that we can do some activities, invite friends...

* There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment that are not included in the contract. But as far as they are in the working state, you are welcome to use them for free.
* The apartment is furnished.
* Shoes should be taken off at the entrance to keep the carpet clean.
