Description

Would you like to rent a private bedroom in a shared cozy apartment in Kitsilano? This apartment is fully furnished. Available April 1st.

I am looking for a female roommate. Age 24-74.

I am an artist and I work from home. So, I am looking for someone who works and/or studies FULL TIME outside of the apartment.

I am retired, young at heart woman, looking to share my space with another. This is a shared space, so we are sharing only sharing the bathroom and kitchen. You will have full privacy in the bedroom.

?   There is a $600 damage deposit.
?   There is free laundry in the basement of the building.

This is a quiet, self-contained private suite on the main level of an apartment building. No smoking.

Amazing location in the heart of Kits, close to Kits beach and just off of 4th Avenue -great restaurants and lots of shopping. Whole foods/Capers & Safeway a hop away. One block away to major bus routes to downtown and UBC.

Suitable for one person. No sharing of the bedroom.

Other things to know:
?   free laundry in basement.
?    Non-smoking building. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the lawn. You would need to smoke on the sidewalk.
?    Only Street parking available. I highly suggest getting a Kitsilano parking permit.
?    Garden level apartment.
