What happens if I lose my membership number and password?

If you forget your membership number and password you can have them emailed to you automatically here, or call Customer Service Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm PST at 604-694-1111 and have them retrieved for you.

When does my property listing become active?

Your property listing will become active on our website as soon as you have finished submitting your ad on our system.

How can I pay for my listing on

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For property managers with multiple properties, please call Customer Service between Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm PST at 604-694-1111 PST and ask about setting up a "Property Manager's Account".

How much does it cost for me to place my ad?

Compare our prices to the average newspaper ad and you can see why saves you money! You have the following pricing options for placing your ad:

  • 15 Days $21.00 + $0.00 gst = $21.00
  • 30 Days $31.00 + $0.00 gst = $31.00
  • 90 Days $72.00 + $0.00 gst = $72.00
  • 180 Days $95.00 + $0.00 gst = $95.00
  • 365 Days $156.00 + $0.00 gst = $156.00

Do I receive a refund if my vacancy rents before my time expires? does not provide refunds if your vacancy is filled before your ad expires. Our service is priced at very attractive rates & our rates are discounted so the longer you choose to advertise the greater the savings!

What if I have trouble loading pictures for my ad?

Be sure you are loading JPG files with no special characters (e.g. %, $, # etc.) or spaces in the file name, also be sure that you load your photos into the first available position. You may also try reducing the size of the photo.

How can I cancel my ad once it is rented to prevent additional phone calls?

Simply login to your account with your Membership number and Pass code, select the ad you wish to cancel, click the deactivate icon. Your ad will no longer be available to visitors to the site. Your ad can easily be reactivated the next time you wish to place it.

I completed the process to place my ad online but did not receive a listing confirmation email, what is wrong?

There could be numerous reasons for not receiving your listing confirmation email:

  1. The email address provided is incorrect.
  2. The confirmation email was caught up in your SPAM filter.
  3. For some reason your credit card charge did not go through.
  4. You did not enter an email address.

To receive a confirmation email, call 604-694-1111 Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm PST or email requesting an email confirmation, be sure to supply your email address.

How will the charge on my credit card appear?

The charge on your credit card will appear as " ad". If for some reason you feel you have been charged incorrectly call 604-694-1111 Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm PST, and we can ensure the charges are correct.
