Available immediately. I am available to show the room before 11am during the week, or all day on sundays beginning on september 7th. Sorry but I'm not available to show the room between the 29th and the 3rd.



mid-sized bedroom for rent in a spacious lower level 1800sq ft 3 bedroom suite. This suite contains 2 full bathrooms, a garage, insuite laundry, full kitchen with dishwasher. Backyard. Fully furnished with TV, computer, and living room furniture. The room has a queen size bed available if interested. There is room for items in the house if you are bringing them (funiture, couches etc.). No Pets allowed, smoking outdoors ok.



The room that is available is large enough for queen size bed. Built in closet, enough space to fit a desk or dresser.

I am a young working professional (male) and my roomate (female) is currently attending design school. We are very tidy, nice and respecting of other peoples spaces. We are looking for someone who is easy going, dependable and trustworthy to join us in our happy household. ((Female Preffered))



The rent is $600 plus utilities. It works out to roughly $40-$70 a month depending on the time of year. That includes Internet, full cable, gas heating, hydro, hot water.



We are located about 5 blocks from the heart of kerrisdale where there is everything you need. From restuanrnts, library, coffee shops, bakeries, shoppers drug mart and vegetable markets. Only about a 10min bus ride to UBC and 15-20min bus ride to downtown. There is also ample parking available.
