This partially furnished suite includes a large bedroom with good size closet, insuite laundry, bathroom with a tub, storage (including bike) and a large backyard. Rent of $450/mo includes a monthly cleaning lady and high speed wireless internet. A 25% share of utilities ($45/mo apavg) is extra.
