Hello!

One of the rooms in the house I share with three other people is opening up August 1st.

Your roommates: two girls (full-time grad students) and a guy (currently working full time (recently graduated from his masters)), all three in their mid-twenties. We are easy going, clean and responsible people; we enjoy going out and occasionaly have friends over at the house, but also need to have a good working environment during the school year. As roommates we enjoy hanging out, watching a movie or having a meal together once in a while, but have relatively independent schedules.

The location:
Near the 7 and the 25 bus lines, within walking distance of the 99b-line. Approx.15 min to UBC by bus (about 25 min by bike), a 20 to 30 min bus ride to dowtown, depending on traffic. Everything you need is within walking distance: grocery store, bank, post office, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, shoppers, etc. We are also only minutes away from Pacific Spirit Park.

The house:
-Four rooms, two on the main floor, two on the second floor. The room for rent is on the main floor.
-One bathroom with a shower on the main floor, one (without shower) on the second floor.
-Large windows, hardwood floors,
-Dining/living room, kitchen.
-Laundry room, bike storage, and a garden + patio (with a bbq)


Rent and utilities add up to CAN$560.
