Classic example of the area, close to bus stops to UBC and downtown. Farm market across the street and the house is across from a park. Sofie from Denmark has moved in and Anna is going to move September 1 so her room is available. We are a pretty casual bunch and are looking for the same. Many good times had in this old house. The rooms are bright, one has a great view of the Straight of Georgia and Gulf Islands and has hardwood floors, the other is bigger and has an east exposure.Both are furnished and are on the top floor. We have gas stove, gas heat, and gas hotwater. A new huge bathroom with soaker tub and the toilet is split in a seperate room English style.We have a 6 person hot tub outside in the small yard.
