I am looking for a roommate to sublet this two bedroom apartment facing north with view of courtyard, sunset, mountains and water. Suite is on the sixth floor, and rent is $950/month. You'll also have your own washroom. Utilities are split three-way between you and the other occupants (2) so it's even and fair. You will also have to furnish your own room. Apartment is on UBC campus: 2 minute walk to the bus loop, 2 minute walk to the Student Union Building, and 5 minute walk to the University Village, it is located in a quiet and peaceful section of the campus.
