Apt. is suitable for a considerate person who is dedicated to his studies & enjoys a disciplined, friendly, focused atmosphere. This is a 3-person apt. Presently we are a 27-year old, male, PhD student in Computer Science & a female, trilingual, ESL teacher/artist. There would be 2, male roommates sharing the partitioned, semi-private, living space & the teacher is in the private room. The atmosphere is like a library. Sleeping area is approximately 100 sq. ft., semi-private with 2 walls, one solid partition & one curtain. Sorry we can't offer you a private room, however you should feel relaxed & comfortable as we are very respectful, busy & focused on our goals. If everyone agrees, daytime-only, quiet guests are OK. We share groceries & like to have a balanced, healthy diet. Everyone eats whenever they have time but we enjoy sharing a meal when schedules fit. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE, inside or outside, no drinking, no drugs, 100% respectful language only. Suitable for a single man who likes a simple, frugal, healthy, community style. Sorry no space for couples, children or pets. The price is inexpensive for a small, modest, well-situated home in Vancouver, the most expensive city in Canada. - Please send any questions. I can then send you more details. - I usually show it @ 5 pm most days (TWHSaSu) but I'm flexible. - Maybe this will become your home-away-from-home. I look forward to hearing from you, Daisy.
