We are a warm, happy family offering a bedroom for a student in a three bedroom self-contained suite, 2 other girls already renting.
We offer you a room, all food included, wireless internet, cable tv and your own tv/rec room, tons of videos, computer if needed, your own kitchen, and a split bathroom/toilet room. Laundry is included with this, including laundry detergent and toilet paper, and you have your own separate entrance. There is your own phone to use as well. ALL food is included in this - it is like a homestay but you cook your meals in your own kitchen and I provide food for 3 meals a day. The cost of this room and board includes everything you would spend on housing and basic living.
The suite is newly renovated: each room in this suite has been renovated within the past three years. There is new carpet in the bedroom and tv room.
We are across the street from a bus stop, just off Capilano Rd., next to Cleveland Dam. It is a 30 minute bus ride downtown, 15 in a car without traffic. We are minutes from Grouse Mountain, close to the ocean, and across from hiking in Capilano Canyon. Gorgeous, safe area!
