Perfect for Coquitlam Campus Douglas College Student - This is a newly renovated shared accommodation located in a clean, safe and family oriented neighborhood. Our place is located one block from the bus-stop with a 10 min ride to Coquitlam Station/Westcoast Express and only a 10 minute walk to Douglas College. Your room is furnished with a double bed and a bookshelf with the option to have a desk and dresser if you dont have your own. The rent includes heat/hot water/cable/hydro /internet (wireless or Ethernet connections), bi-weekly housekeeping services for shared area AND the affection of two friendly cats. You will share furnished living room, bathroom and half-kitchen (fridge, microwave, small appliances) with another female student. The laundry area is shared by all household occupants. The room is available for the school term only Sept to June with option to renew the following September. Parking is on the street and there is no smoking permitted on the premise. A separate entrance to the laundry area is located at the back of the house with keypad entry. Only female students will be considered.
